Using FameDesk

FameDesk is a staff-generated local-marketing tool for authorized business users. Each user must use an individual account, protect access credentials, and act only within the practice workspace they are authorized to use.

Review-link requests

Users may send a review link only when the customer asked for it and agreed to receive the text. Rewards may recognize staff participation in helping a customer find a requested link, but must never depend on a review, a positive rating, or what the customer writes.

Text messaging

Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out. Practices are responsible for the accuracy of consent and for complying with applicable messaging, privacy, consumer-protection, healthcare, employment, and review-platform rules.

Content and privacy

The practice retains responsibility for content its users submit and confirms that it has the rights and permissions needed for FameDesk to store and make that content available to authorized users. Do not submit clinical records, confidential screens, or patient-identifying content without documented authorization.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, access another practice’s data, send deceptive or unsolicited messages, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, or use FameDesk to manipulate ratings or reviews.

Service availability

Features may change as FameDesk develops. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Access may be limited to protect users, practices, recipients, or the service.
